So in my last post I hinted at a matching gifty to go with the card. You can check out the card post here. Given this wrapped key matches the card, I have used the same Brightly Gleaming suite from Stampin’ Up!
As you can see from the picture below, the decoration is using the same sentiment and punched bauble as the card. So very easy to make in bulk and so very matchy matchy!
The key is actually a sneaky bottle opener. Tis’ the season to be jolly indeed! The copper colour goes great with card so I thought they were perfect to get as little gifts.
I bought the keys from Amazon and snapped up 50 for less than £15. So very reasonable and great for swaps, customer gifts, or even as replacements for christmas cards.
The wrap is 2″ x 6″ and scored at 4″. So you can get 12 out of one sheet of 12″x12″ patterned paper! Then simply fold up, put the key in and glue the sides down. I recommend using liquid glue. I used a mini hole punch at the top to attach the copper trim and secure the key.
