Hello! As promised in yesterdays post, here is my tutorial for making your own paper cauldron, or cauldron bag, or even pumpkin bag!
Measurements and download resource can be found in this post and watch the video for the how-to and to follow along. I hope you like it and please enjoy. 🙂
I’m making these myself for a Halloween gathering I’m hosting so won’t share what I’m including to keep some mystery for any guests reading. I’m sure you can think of plenty of things, not least of all sweets of course!
11-1/2″ x 7-1/4″ black cardstock
Score on the long side at: 1-1/2″, 3″ , 4-1/2″ , 6″, 7-1/2″, 9, 10-1/2″
Turn counter clockwise
Score on the short side at: 1/4″, 1/2″, 1″, 1-1/2″, 2-1/2″, 3-1/2″, 4-1/2″, 5-1/2″, 6-1/2″
Scalloped Ribbon: 11″
Glittered Organdy Ribbon: 14″ (optional handle)
You can download free printables for the base and leaf templates below:
I love this project and am very proud of it. My cats loved it too, so offered to model for me.
Iris started off with the posing but was also a bit mischievous!
Binx just wanted to be fed and was having none of it to be honest. Even though he is the epitome of Halloween.
The supplies I used from Stampin’ Up! are listed below as usual. 🙂
