In The Moment Self Care Card

Here’s a card I made for my mum. 🙂 Like most mums she’s is always looking after everyone else. The images and sentiments are all from the In The Moment stamp set from Stampin’ Up! which is a great set for colouring.

I tried a few techniques with this. On the inside I used blender paints and an ink pad to watercolour and highlight parts of the image.

On the front I stamped the same image multiple times. One version I used blending brushes and ink pads to create the soft sky background. With the others I coloured different sections, then fussy cut them out and layered. It was quite a fiddle but I like the effect. You can see it better in this close up.
