It’s InspireInk Blog Hop time! This month the theme is “Fancy Fold”. I’ve shown the Whiskey Business stamp set once before as a simple stamping card, this the probably the other extreme! Inside the card is where it gets “fancy” with my first spinner!
With this type of card, you wind up the spinning element before putting the card in the envelope. When the recipient opens up the card it spins and is so fun and pretty.
I used another new technique with the bottles and glasses. I coloured with Stampin’ Blends as usual, but I then layered window sheets (acetate) on top using adhesive sheets. It was so worth the extra effort as the effect is gorgeous and really gives the impression of glass. I got the idea for this from Patty Bennett at Patty Stamps.
As a finishing touch I made a matching envelope, as this card was custom sized at 5″ x 5″. This wood print paper is gorgeous and just one of the designs from the In Good Taste designer series paper.
Please keep hopping to see the other great projects.
Links to the shop are below if you’re interested in a closer look at any of the products I’ve used.

Stunning card Sam. I will definitely watch the tutorial later today and spend the weekend making all the different fancy folds in this hop. Dee xx
