Paper circuits! Lights! Woo! Exciting!
Here is my first light up card 🙂
I googled “paper circuits” and read a few tutorials to figure out the how and what supplies. The LEDS I got were a bit bright, so I layered the whisper white on top to soften the glow. Supplies were paper, copper tape, cell batteries, LED lights and foam tape. I also got some resistors with the lights, so added one to reduce the power/brightness.

I created a cover for the behind the scenes electrics and decorated with the ‘Modern Heart’ stamp set, which I’ve been showing quite a lot of recently! I thought the baby heart that came in the set made a perfect matching button to trigger the light. Matchy matchy!
The hearts are coloured with Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends. Colouring on it’s own is therapeutic and I had a nice relaxing time with these.
Supplies for the decorative elements of the card are listed below and link to my online shop if you’re feeling tempted 😉
