Earlier in the week I introduced you to Kora, our new kitten. Along with the thank you card I gave to her breeder. This is a custom treat box filled with Malteasers that I made as matching gift.
It was made using quite a few supplies from the Playful Pets suite, the patterned paper, stamp set, ribbon and trinkets. As well as a few extras including the new Resin Hearts embellishments from the Snail Mail suite. Mix and match and still matchy matchy!
I added the trinkets onto the slim red ribbon to make drawer pulls. A little detail that I think looks really good. I used the thicker red ribbon in a loop as a little pull for the lid of the box.
The top is reinforced with brown packaging card so it’s sturdy and weighty. It lifts up to show a bag of Malteasers. The top drawer pulls out to reveal a Malteasers bar. Finally the bottom drawer holds the old classic, an actual box of Malteasers. There’s a theme clearly.
I thought this came out really different from the usual treat boxes and it’s a really special way to wrap a little present.
