Rainbow…esque! I decided to play with my Stamparatus stamping platform for this card (and some others coming Thursday). It allows for repeated stamping in the same location as well as creating repeated patterns like this, all lined up perfectly.
For this card I used the stamp set Pattern Play for both the sentiment and dots pattern. Just a heads up that this stamp set is bundled with the very lovely Playful Alphabet dies, which means buy as a bundle and save 10% off each (£4.75). I’ve included a link to the bundle as an option at the bottom of this post.
For my rainbow I used: Gorgeous Grape, Rich Razzleberry, Pumpkin Pie, Bumblebee and Granny Apple Green. With Cherry Cobbler mat layer and Bumblebee ribbon. Not a rainbow rainbow I know but woo pretty colours.
For the embellishments I raided my Nuvo drop collection for the closest matching colours. Turns out I need some more yellow but made do. 🙂
From left to right the colours used are:
- Crushed Grape (for Gorgeous Grape)
- Plum Pudding (for Rich Razzleberry)
- Ripened Pumpkin (for Pumpkin Pie)
- Banana Split (for Bumblebee)
- Velvet Sage (for Granny Apple Green)
