If you missed yesterdays post I’m sharing 5 different cards over 5 days featuring the In Colour DSP for 2019-21.
This card features the wavey paper design in Rococo Rose, perhaps the prettiest of the new colours.
The inner square is cut using the stitched shapes dies and the sentiment and butterfly are from the matching Butterfly Gala stamp set and Butterfly Duet punch. The butterfly is heat embossed and then coloured with blends.
This card has a sneaky secret – a peak through of the DSP! The card blank has been die cut to create a square hole. The DSP used on the front of the card then shows through the square displaying the back pattern of the DSP.
Yes it has a back! Did I not mention that yesterday? 🙂 The paper is double sided so you can choose your preferred pattern. In this case waves or script, or if you’re sneaky you don’t have to choose and can use both sides like me.
This is a truly generic card that can be used as a note to touch base, send a thank you, miss you, love you, thinking of you, whatever you need. So a good card to have waiting in the stash for indeterminate future use.
