This suite (Love You Always) is lush and I loved it so much that I had by hubby get it for me as my Christmas present – lucky me! This meant I had to wait a bit to play with it, but then got straight on it! These are my first makes, a treat box and matching card.
The treat boxes are actually an item in the suite and are SO easy to put together. All I had to do was decorate! The box slides open and would comfortably fit a few chocolates or a small gift. They measure 4-1/16″ x 2-11/16″ x 1-1/2″ (10.3 x 6.8 x 3.8 cm) and are food safe.
As well as the suite I also brought in the Heart Punch pack, which is what I used for the hearts on the treat box, alongside the Label Me Fancy punch for the sentiment.
Let’s talk embellishments, although they’re so simple I love the Matte Black Dots because they’re really tactile. The ribbon is part of the suite and is Blushing Bride satin on one side shown here, and golden on the other. You can see that a little on the box, but as I used that side for the card you can see it perfectly there.

I made use of both die sets on the card, one for the “Always” sentiment (Snape anyone? *tear*) and the other set has this floral heart. I used the floral heart die once with the Blushing Bride foil, and again with the speciality patterned paper to get the inner heart. I sliced both in half with my trimmer and separated them to fit the sentiment in between.
On the inside of the card I stamped a sentiment, hearts and flowers, then coloured in with blends. 🙂 Very pleased with them I think they’re so pretty and I’m not really into pink as a colour. Blushing Bride may be winning me over!
