It’s a tipsy meerkat! What a rascal. He’s gotten into the parma violet martini. This card was made for a friends birthday and “I’ll drink to that!” is not a new sentiment to us so was perfect for her. Ha!
This card was inspired by a Pootlers team creation. Sam from Pootles Papercraft created this gem with direction by the Pootlers team for the design. I thought the idea was super cute so had to make my own version. 🙂
Binx (I) decided it was his time to model, but he wasn’t going to get up for it. It’s like a crafty mug shot!
I created the background striped design using my paper trimmer, a piece of patterned paper from the Best Dressed DSP and matching colours of card.
I entered this card into the 10 year anniversary Just Add Ink challenge #488! Check out the other entries too.
The best bit about this card? The meerkat, because that little guy is from “The Gang’s All Meer” which is a Sale-a-bration free stamp set. Freeeeee.
