For today’s share I’ve decorated some coffin treat boxes for Halloween. The coffins are from last year but have been on the clearance rack recently. I had some leftover and also picked up some more on sale. 🙂 If you don’t have any leftover coffin boxes you can decorate some standard black boxes the same way.
First up is batty. The patterns on him are so intricate so I wanted him to be the star and not pull focus, so I backed him up with some beautiful black glitter paper, oo sparkly! The matching dies in the Hallows Night Magic bundle do the hard work and cut out the stamped bats so no fussycutting for him. I did hand cut out the sentiment though (also from the set). I finished off with my new fave, the metallic mesh ribbon.
Next up is spidey. Same set, same matching dies so no fussycutting. Spidey needed some fancying up so I finished him off with the iridescent pearls. For his background I ran some black card through my die cutting machine in the cobwebs 3D embossing folder, then rubbed with some white ink. Again finishing off with the gorgeous mesh ribbon.
I ended up using everything from the Magic In This Night suite apart from the patterned paper. Links to everything as bundles or individual items are shared below.
